Vistron - the enterprise
The Vistron GmbH was founded in January 2002 by its proprietor Mr. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Ulrich Vollmer, who, under the name "Ulrich Vollmer Elektronik", had successfully solved image processing and controlling tasks in various branches of industry for many years already.
The huge amount of contacts from its former company "Ulrich Vollmer Elektronik", as well as the ideal conditions resulting from its domicile in the so-called "Technologie und Gründerzentrum" in Goettingen essentially contributed to the initial success of the Vistron GmbH.
Only one year later the Vistron GmbH already moved into bigger premises in the industrial area located in the northwest of Goettingen. Nowadays Vistron GmbH has six employees and keeps in touch with several freelancers to meet its increasing demand. Thereby the Vistron GmbH is permanently able to guarantee its customers high standard solutions on schedule, even if the order situation temporarily exceeds its own capacities.
Contactless control- Industrial image processing as key technology
The basic concept of Vistron systems is easy: Cameras capture important steps of production while an especial software analyses the emerging images and transfers the results to the machine controller. Discrepancies of a set target activate defined reactions.
The implementation of these procedures is carried out quick, reliable and efficient. Fast processores and efficient software algorithms allow highest verifying rates. Standardised system components result in modest capital expenditure, the payback period of a complete system often only amounts to a few months.
