Troubleshooting with TSC - Tear Strip Control:
The TSC-system checks the position of the tear strip on the sheet. If a tear strip is missing or lies outside of the set limits an error signal is generated. As example, this error signal can be used to stop the production in order to eliminate the error.
The TSC system provides you with the certainty of guaranteeing your customers a hundred per cent quality of the position of the tear strip.
The TSC system consists of a control housing with a monitor for the display screen, an operating terminal to run the system and lamps for the status display.
The picture for image processing is provided by a camera integrated in a protection shell. This camera is attached to a linear moving device, ensuring fast adjustment in case of an application change.
