New System installed
In May 2009 the new print position check system has been installed at first time. It runs smoothly in production for great satisfaction of our client.
The print position check system detects correct position of the print as well as wrong prints. Error prints are automatically sorted out, so only perfect folded boxes leave the production.

Interpack 2008
At Fachpack 2007 at the stand of Reuther Systems Vistron GmbH presented from april 24th to 30th the system for glue application and application verification, joint developed and produced by Vistron and Reuther.
First system installed!
The year 2008 hardly started, as already the first recombined system for glue application and simultaneous application verification has been installed.
Customer is a well known producer of corrugated products as large-scale-, transport-, vending- hazardous material- and presentation packaging.
The system - develeped in cooperation with Reuther-Systems - does two steps in one system. First the individual programmable glue lines are applicated in a precise, contactless process. Nearly simultaneous the system measures the distances and lengths of the glue applications on up to 20.000 sheets per hour concerning all important data and thus approaches the production of corrugated products near to zero error quality.
Using the glue application and application control system grows quality and recudes control costs by automating quality controls. The competitiveness of your company will be strengthened.
