Troubleshooting with FtF - Feed to First Colour Measuring:

Vistron especially developed this system for the corrugated cardboard industry. It measures the gap from a sheet edge to a printer's imprint on the hook's edge. The printer's imprint is printed in the colour of the first impression cylinder. A combination of industrial camera, flash illumination and trigger light barrier measures current values and compares them with minimum and maximum values, averages and the values of standard deviation. In case of increasing tolerances the system creates a signal indicating necessity of maintenance.
